FSSC 22000, Food Safety System Certification standard, is the latest certification scheme for food manufacturers based on the integration of ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management Systems standard and Publicly Available Specification ISO/TS 22002-1). FSSC 22000 has been approved by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) with the encouragement to move it to full implementation.
(ISO/TS 22002-1 is for food manufacturers only, not for ALL organisation), this course is designed to facilitate organizations and individuals to understand the requirements of food safety management system with newly published specification – ISO/TS 22002-1 that specifies requirements for establishing, implementing and maintaining prerequisite programmes (PRP) to assist in controlling food safety hazards
