This workshop will show you the skills to improve your public image and readiness on crisis management in Food Industry. Using management tools to prepare for crisis management plans by running regular simulations can sharpen responses and expose gaps in a food safety management. Also, practice the crisis management plan developed in the class, ensuring that participants gained experience on handling the difficult situation.
COURSE OUTLINE:
Preparation for Crisis:
- ISO 22000 / FSSC22000 requirement on Emergency response and product withdraw
- Establish Crisis management team, roles within the team
- Establish a procedure (information that needed on this procedure)
- Consideration on alternative sourcing and emergency supplies
- Mock exercise for emergency response procedure
- Review of the effectiveness of the crisis management response
PROFESSIONAL TRAINER:
Lead auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 and HACCP. Our facilitator, with food focused academic and work background, had plenty
of food management system audit experience from various food industries.
