DESCRIPTION
This training has been designed to enable delegates to gain a full understanding of the general principles of the Standard, and how to comply with the requirements. Delegates will also gain an understanding of what to expect during the process of certification, and actions needed prior to, during and after the audit.
COURSE OUTLINE (2 DAYS) :
Pre-requisites for training : Delegates must have read and reviewed a Global Standard for Food Safety Notes which will be sent to them prior to the course. This course includes a written examination.
- Audit scope and planning for the audit
- Time spent in carrying out the GMP and Document Review audits
- Enrolment Scheme
- Details of the Requirement clauses including Fundamental clauses and Statements of Intent
- Closing audit, corrective actions and certificate issue
ASSESSMENT:
Examination in MC and E-examination

- BRC Approved Trainer for BRC Food, S&D and A&B Translates BRC Global Standard in practical language

CERTIFICATION (Attendance: 100%):
Delegates who successfully completed and passed the course will be issued a Certificate by BRC.
