Chapter 3 of Policy Address 2018 has a new initiative for establishing and/or reviewing anti-bribery management systems on all listed companies in Hong Kong, with the objective of enhancing the disclosure of their anti-corruption measures.
It aligns the efforts of the publication of ISO 37001 in October 2016 by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
