The aim of CEN/TS 16555-1:2013 standard is to guide organizations to introduce, develop, and maintain a framework for systematic innovation management practices, an Innovation Management System (IMS). This management system allows organizations to become more innovative and to achieve more success with their product, service, process, organizational design and business model innovations, thus, to foster organisation’s results, value and competitiveness.
PRIOR KNOWLEDGE / PRE-REQUISITES:
Before enrolling in the course, delegates are expected to acquire the prior knowledge of management system as stated below:
-management systems and the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle;
-concepts of quality management and the relationship between quality management and customer satisfaction;
-commonly used quality management terms and definitions as stated in the ISO 9000 and
the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
