Innovation is a key driver for the organizations’ success. The aim of CEN/TS 16555-1:2013 standard is to guide organizations to introduce, develop, and maintain a framework for systematic innovation management practices, an Innovation Management System (IMS). This management system allows organizations to become more innovative and to achieve more success with their product, service, process, organizational design and business model innovations, thus, to foster organisation’s results, value and competitiveness.
PRIOR KNOWLEDGE / PRE-REQUISITES:
Before the commencement of this course, delegates are expected to have following knowledge of management systems and complete the below courses:
-CEN/TS 16555-1:2013 Innovation Management System Foundation Training;
-concepts of innovation management and the relationship between innovation management and quality management;
-innovation management terms and definitions in common settings and;
-the requirements of CEN/TS 16555-1:2013 Standards.

Objectives
The objective of the course is to provide participants with the knowledge on how to apply the CEN/TS 16555 series to the implementation for the innovation management system in an organizational setting.
